I don't think there's a right answer with Marc sell/keep decision... wouldn't be surprised if it only gets reported late this eve...

That’s a valid strategy. But the issue now is needing a replacement for a departure before 7pm British time.
 
Disappointed but if he asked to leave last night as SSN reported then what could we do, if only hed said that several weeks ago but its on us to have a replacement....we knew it would happen all summer.
 
SSN have said that CPFC sources have categorically stated that Marc will still leave regardless.

I will reserve my feelings until the window closes.

Yes, agreed. Realistically probably sign someone in January window. Will likely see more of Lerma and Clyne.

As well as ballots for mascots the club could run a ballot for a place on the subs bench... get to warm up with the first team, experience match day pitch side etc.

How do you know that promises were broken? Glasner said he wanted new players in sooner rather than later but there doesn't seem to be anything on record to suggest that Parish actually promised it.
 
Parish just pull out the deal, stick your hands up and say you've got it wrong this window and because of that, Guehi will have to go on a free and the club have lost out on 35 mill.

Surely you take what Glasner said last night on that merit? Assurances that a player would be in before the season starts. That hasn't happened. If there is no player in then Marc has to stay and is.now currently having a medical in London for Liverpool. Unless Glasner is just making it all up?
 
Controversial theory, Parish knew Guehi wasn't going and made a show of trying to get a replacement with no intention of selling Guehi but making out he was, so he can tell Guehi it wasn't our fault you couldn't go
