Womens football

I dont follow women football other than big tournament games, semi finals, finals etc.
I find there is too much football to keep up with it all.
So I have to be honest and say I find it very frustrating when I click on click bait below and find it is a Palace woman article, or on other websites where they do not show it is about women football. Even results are now hardly differentiated.
Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against women's football, (same for women's rugby), it's just all too much for me to follow and identify. Maybe they could be more explicit when posting especially on our clickbait section. Maybe just put an 'M' in front of men stuff and a 'W' in front of women topics.
Thank you.

The Brighton women's team. A bunch of harpies. They got no class. The dregs of the womens football league. Little more than a bunch of unemployed geezer-girls having a kick-about in a car park. Untouchables. Seagulls chasing carrion at the municipal dump.

The Palace women's team.....statuesque like Queen Boudicca driving her regal chariot. The Royal Eagles.

I think there's pressure on journalists to give the Women's game more or less equal coverage to the men's game as a point of principal, rather than because there is an equal amount of interest. I've seen a massively increased amount of coverage of it on the BBC recently.

I suspect some people pushing that angle might not even watch football anyway!

Until they shorten the length of the pitches and decrease the size of the goals it’s not worth watching imo. Of course they want to use already built stadiums so it’s not going to happen.

I do try sometimes, but I find it hard to watch, it’s painfully slow paced with no intensity, but I hope they do stay up because they’re palace and I know a few do like watching it and going

Thank you.

It also frustrates me, try not to talk about it in public fear of attack.

The audience still isn't there (and never will be) despite the disproportionate free tickets/free to air games/column inches/sponsorship etc
