Crypto-communists and some people from Cornwall are portraying Trump’ Inauguration Speech as some sort of Nuremburg Rally. Yet all he has said is that he will work in America’s interests and make such changes as the government to recognize two genders only. Sign of our times when stating that there are only men and women is controversial.

General Milley committed treason when he told his counterpart in China that if Trump were to attack, he'd let them know ahead of time.

Biden pardoned him because he knew that this action was directly prosecutable as treason.

However, I suspect that Trump could still strip him of all rank.

Its an aspect of the Presidential system they have I don't get. Especially the pardons in advance. Yes, if you have been found guilty of something already, makes a kind of sense. But the stuff you have not been tried for in a court of law? Beyond bizarre. I see Biden has given this forward pardons to loads of people.

Did anyone else notice that 15 minutes before Trump was sworn in Biden further pardoned a number of his family members.

As for the rioters I think Trump just about got this right. It was a riot not an insurrection the leaders have had their sentences commuted not pardoned because the charges and sentences were disproportionate.
As for the rest who were pardoned I think that was about right. In any riot there are always leaders and people who get caught up in the excitement.

It's a privilege that's been abused by both parties over multiple presidencies......However, Biden has really taken the biscuit and I believe it's because they have actually committed real crimes.

Whatever the case, the sentencing of those protestors or whatever we call them in most cases was way over the top and I believe many of the persecutions were purely out of political spite and a disgrace to justice.

Sure they were being prosecuted, however, while I'm no expert on the individual cases I certainly view what happened as a witch hunt.

I imagine a lot is going to come out during this presidency that won't be good reading for how the Biden administration acted.
