The bs that’s posted about this guy is unbelievable.

He hasn’t been jailed for his views on trans, or his religious beliefs. He has been jailed for contempt of Court. He was sacked for refusing to abide by the policy of his employer, a school, and then deliberately and repeatedly disrupting their work, resulting in a Court order banning him from going there. Which he ignored. That’s contempt.

He is a religious activist with strong views. Some describe him as an extremist, others as a nutcase. He is entitled to his views, but not to break the law. Employers, including schools, are entitled to have rules that their employees, teachers included, must follow.

The answer lies entirely in his own hands. Abide by the law. Protest as much as you are legally allowed to. Find a position in a school who are sympathetic to your personal beliefs.

I expect Glasner will be off to the slammer soon then?

It’s a civil court injunction not a criminal case. People are routinely jailed for this. Once they agree to abide by the terms of the injunction they are released.
He can still air his views so long as he doesn’t go back to the school.

They can very easily avoid all of it! Enoch has put himself in prison by ignoring the Court order to stay away from the school. His family have disrupted Court proceedings.

They aren’t above the law. They can disagree with it and campaign to change it but they cannot ignore it.
