Good evening
I have been kindly transfered 2 tickets to my membership for an up and coming home match.

I am trying to accept these tickets however I have an error "unfortunately, the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase them separately"

I then proceed but the website will not allow me to input any details.

Extremely frustrating as I can see them!

Anyone able to help this old git out please? Or suggest a fix?
 
I gave your error message a Google and it looks like is a common issue with fans of different clubs too.

There seems to be various fixes aswell. From changing web browser to changing billing address and to logging out and back in again.

I didn't come across one common fix unfortunately.
 
The box office at Selhurst has acknowledged they are having a glitch in their systems for the Man City game transfer of tickets but expect it to be fixed 10-14 days prior to the match.
