Finally, approx 4 months after putting on my application form that I am autistic and don't own a smart phone (as a result of my sensitivity to light) I am going to collect my season ticket card today!
I have had a card ever since they were introduced but after being rejected on 2nd August I tried contacting the club and was ignored. I contacted CPISA who in turn put my case forward and after 2 weeks I finally received a phone call from Palace.
I met with the DLO before the Norwich game where i showed the relevent paperwork and was told I'd receive a card and also if I didn't have it by the weds before Leicester game I could contact her or if I had any other problems.
After not getting my card I rang at least 8 times and left 2 messages but was ignored! After phoning box office this week for Man U ticket as still not got card I was informed that they hadn't been told anything about me being granted one. After being ignored twice again by the DLO i turned once again to the CPISA.
They have been a great help and chased up the club and finally after 3 days they have secured me a card to be collected today!
I cannot thank them enough (especially Keith and Sandy) for all their help and I would definitely recommend fans turn to them for help if have similar problems.
As for our club, I have lost all faith in them and the way they have treated me and others is a disgrace.
It has been very stressful especially as they are quick enough to take £700 from me every season but can't grant me a small piece of plastic that allows me to enter the ground stress free on match days!!
Thanks again CPISA!!
