Sweden is sadly reaping what it has sown

Western Politicians will NEVER do that. Instead Behaving like a bunch of traitors.

They know they need to do something. But I suspect that also know that by reversing it, the consequences are beyond what they can comprehend. Even back in 2012 the likes of Merkel was saying how the model was simply not valid anymore.

And the choice about whether they keep it or not will not be made by a vote. It will be foisted upon them simply by dint of the money running out. You cannot pay out what you don't have.

Now does the nation state, in the form we all just accept as 'normality' survive it? I don't know. But the choice for the West is simple. We either become an Islamic civilisation or we remain a Christian one. The secular version is imploding. Only question is if enough Ethno-Europeans wake up in time to understand this.

Britain was becoming nicely secular before the invasion.
A secular society does not deny the right to belief. How could it?

What it can do is remove any religion from policymaking and diminish the power of religion within society. Such a policy is the reason I can say this without being persecuted. Religion is not belief. It is dogma designed to control.

Remember where we have come from.

And the forces that drove that secularization are the same ones that left our borders open.

Are they thought?

Sure, communism was big on secularism, but I'd say Henry VIII had more to do with our 'evolution'.
It doesn't matter because it was the correct path regardless of origin.

Surely secularism is genuinely progressive, as opposed to the current loony incarnations of progressivism, is it not?
It is a product of enlightenment and the slow and never ending journey away from relative ignorance.

Retaining ancient ideas of deity worship and unscientific mumbo jumbo is really not the answer.
We frown upon the backward nature of other belief systems. How can hold up one we adopted from a completely alien culture 2000 years ago?

Cultural Christianity is our unavoidable inheritance, but that is a world away from religion.

Cultural Christianity is the problem. That is what justifys the actions. Object to people invading the country on small boats? Then you are a 'bad' person. Not moral. Because of course, we have to welcome in everybody. We have no seperation of Church and State here. This is how it is all justified.

The corporate paymasters and the international bankers want us over-run because it keeps wages down and keeps asset prices high via limited housing resources and so on. Its a win-win for them. And they crouch down behind the soc.libs who are literally addicted to immigration, via both virtue signalling allied with their 'white guilt' nonsense.

And it’s goner be f***ing hilarious when their very own actions come to f*** them.
We are the collateral damage granted but we know it’s coming for us. They think it won’t for them !

Your second paragraph is accurate, and for sure Christian based morals are, to say the least, flexible for many.
Camels and needles come to mind when it comes to the morals of the rich and powerful.

The only way to combat this affront to our country is to oppose it in large numbers. Votes still count for something. Politicians want to keep their jobs. The climate has to be made very uncomfortable for those that wish to persist with self serving policies that are detrimental to the person on the street. There is no greater example than mismanaged mass immigration.

The greatest moral failure is to neglect the people you have a duty to protect.

It goes beyond moral. It is treachery. As simple as that. And traitors do get held to account. The weird thing is, I genuinely have no real issues with Muslims etc. I get why many of them want to come here for a variety of factors. Do I think their continued presence, in the numbers we have, is viable? Then not at all. But I could say the same thing for Hindus and so on.

My utter loathing and contempt is reserved for those in our political classes who enabled this. Those are the ones I see as my enemy. And the vast majority of them share the same skin colour and heritage as me.

I see this as primarily a civil conflict between essentially two aspects of Western civilisation. The Islamic world cannot even beat Israel, despite out numbering by a factor of multiples to 1. They represent no direct threat.

Western civilisation is imploding. And that is being caused a rot within. The only foreign players who can benefit from that be will more akin to vultures rather than predators themselves. Scavengers.

I share those sentiments in bold.

Lets be honest, nobody comes to Sweden or the UK for the weather.

i dunno. During the Summer heatwaves on the Continent, its a good prospect to go somewhere cooler.

anyhoo.....seems like Sweden is not the only place with a crime epidemic ? Can a lady safely go jogging in Sweden ? I had always thought mornings to be the safest time of the day. Think again.

Hitchens is spot on about the economy.

I grew up in the sixties when you could only take out if you had put in. That link has long gone.

When the Tories are in power the opposition moan about Tory cuts to the welfare state, if only. The best the Tories ever did was to reduce the increase to below inflation, some cut.

Today the sheer breadth and depth of the welfare state compared to the Sixties is staggering. A huge number of people are on some form of state aid be it benefits or state pensions. The left love the idea of Universal basic Income well we are almost there in all but name.

The problem with UBI is that it doesn't work and in every trial I have read about it fails. The only thing I can say in it's favour is that you could sack the thousands who calculate people's benefits.

We need to restore the link between paying in and taking out with a very basic safety net for those who can't.

It wont happen as none of the parties are brave enough.

The workers rights law will be tested in court eventually and if our judges have any metal a precedent will mean wrong uns can be sacked.

Most US states have laws which allow companies to sack people easily. It maybe hard on the individual but it's why the US has become an major economy. When times are good they can hire and upscale without worrying about what happens during a down turn.

I have always favoured reforming the redundancy law.

Employers should be able to "release" someone without having to give a specific reason for dismissal (no fault). In return they must pay some form of compensation set by law.

Something like if less than 2 years service 3 months salary. Over 2 years it should follow the current redundancy rules. I would scrap all the BS red tape about consulting with the unions or workforce, it's nonsense anyway. Have you ever heard of a company that wants to cut it's workforce consulting and then changing their minds?

Let's accept the reality. Some people are just not very good at their job and deserve to be let go. Currently it is difficult to do that without facing accusations of discrimination. Companies will always find a way to get rid of someone, where I worked we created the fiction that the role was being disbanded. In truth it was the person not the job which was just renamed with a few more responsibilities.

However it all takes time, effort and money, a straight "your fired" here's some compensation is actually better for everybody. Who wants to work for an employer actively trying to get rid of you. Rip the plaster off.

A no fault exit with some compensation is the solution and will allow employers to recruit with confidence.

47% take out more than they put in. And 90% of retired people are net spongers, despite what they believe
some families are onto their third or fourth generation of Long-term unemployment. In both Sweden, the UK and lots of Western Europe.

The 450 AD Romans all knew that a decadence precedes a Fall. Inflation & financial markets are timeless. When your money will no longer field an army or otherwise buy you out of a problem, then you got a problem.
