Paid money for 4 tickets but club feel the need to not release any tickets and no updates whatsoever - treating customers with contempt.
 
That’s strange, I’ve got mine (had to get the box office to print me a paper ticket though). have you checked your email as it may include digital tickets?
 
Haven’t had mine either.
Suspect they wanted Chelsea game out of the way so they can release e-tickets that are downloadable to wallet ?
 
There is a possibility that I may not be able to use my tickets Sunday, 1x adult, 1x Senior in Block F LH. I will know by Friday. I would not want payment but just advice as to how to pass on the tickets ( presumably just forward email?). Happy to pass to any regular poster if I can’t go
 
This is strange because I’m 99% certain I booked four tickets in Row 18 of Block F of the Lower Holmesdale. I’m sure it was the LH as I’m taking two Palace supporting neighbours and wanted to give them the LH experience / atmosphere. As we know the tickets weren’t emailed out until last Monday and when they arrived I had four tickets in Row 18 of the Main Stand Block J ???

Now either I’m losing the plot or the club have moved me? Anyone else ever had this?

I booked 2 in row 16 and they are correct!
 
I understand this is quite last minute, but I'm in search of a single ticket for today's match.

I'm a Canadian international student and an avid follower of English football. I just arrived in town on Wednesday which is why my account is so new.

Not able to make it to Selhurst today due trains not operating from Three Bridges. Have a ticket in LH D row 20 15£
