Absolutely.

I know we've had our near-death experiences but being a club our size, with our location and fan base has surely helped that where it may not others.

Hope the best for them.

Lol, you've never been to Morecombe have you, I have, used to live in Kendal. It's a vast area with a huge dangerous bay(Chinese cockle pickers) a lovely viaduct across the bay, but local people are well spread out. Most are like Brighton supporters & support another team, tho, instead of Chelsea, it's more Utd, L'pool & a few Newcastle.

I remember when that takeover happened for the Panjab Warriors - there was quite a bit of hubbub and excitement over it, a belief that the small time tycoon behind it was to bring in a new era.
Looks like he well and truly f***ed that one up.

Wouldn't it be swell to have a few spare billion and have your own little takeover?
