Windows
If you’re using a Windows computer, accessing emojis is easy. Here’s how you can do it:
1.
Use the Emoji Keyboard Shortcut:
• Press
Windows Key + Period (.) or
Windows Key + Semicolon (😉 on your keyboard.
• A small emoji panel will pop up.
• You can browse through various emoji categories or search for specific emojis using the search bar at the top of the panel.
• Click on any emoji to insert it into your document, chat, or text field.

Touch Keyboard (Alternative Method):
• Right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
• Select
“Show touch keyboard button” from the menu.
• A keyboard icon will appear in the system tray on your taskbar.
• Click on the keyboard icon to open the touch keyboard, which includes an emoji button. Tap the emoji button to access the emoji panel.
• You can then click on any emoji to insert it into your text.
Mac
On a Mac, accessing emojis is just as straightforward. Here’s how:

Use the Emoji Keyboard Shortcut:
• Press
Control (Ctrl) + Command (⌘) + Spacebar on your keyboard.
• This will bring up the emoji and symbol viewer.
• You can scroll through the emojis or use the search bar to find a specific emoji.
• Click on any emoji to insert it into your text field or document.

Using the Menu Bar:
• You can also access emojis through the menu bar.
• Click on
“Edit” in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
• Select
“Emoji & Symbols” from the dropdown menu.
• This will open the emoji and symbol viewer, where you can choose and insert emojis.
