This morning there was no access to the ground for cars travelling from South Norwood Hill along Whitehorse Lane. Cars were being rerouted left into Nugent Road and then via various little roads and then back out into Whitehorse Lane if your lucky. With those narrow roads usually double parked, there could be chaos (unless things are now back to normal).
