When its good, its a beautiful thing. Catholics & Protestants of East & West Belfast. All holding hands, even to the consternation of their in-laws. The Pope says you can marry whoever you want, but the subsequent kids must become Catholic.
Jews & Gentiles in New York. The Big Apple is the big melting pot. I know a bloke who was forbidden to marry her until he converts. It took ages to sort all the paperwork. They eventually reluctantly 'allowed him' but it wasn't very charismatic nor evangelical.
Both The Amish of Pennsylvania and the Mormons of Utah.....they have fairly strict teachings upon those who 'partner up' off the reservation.
But when it goes wrong, its more like Kramer vs Kramer. Or worse........
