Not very old, poor chap. Sounds like his illness got to him quickly.

He was one of my favourite motoring journalists and came across as a bloke who really loved and knew about car related things. There was an air of superiority in his delivery although, as the son of one of the first code breakers at Bletchley, he could be forgiven for that.

the famous Five had an Uncle Quentin.

Apart from Tarantino..... with Willson being Quentin the Third....its a fairly rare name.
