While at work I have become bored of listening to the radio, so have just started to listen to Podcasts and Audio books.

"Under the Cosh" which interviews a variety of former footballers and managers, The Andy Woodman one is just brilliant, a must for any Palace fan and the the Nigel Martyn is very interesting.
"Desperately seeking Paul" a Podcast interviewing People who know or have worked with Paul Weller.
"History's Secret Heros" WWII on BBC Sounds.

Any suggestions of other good Podcasts to listen to.

Many Thanks

Simon Jordan’s interviews with former footballers on Talksport at silly o clock on Saturday mornings. Rudd Gullit etc. Up front with Simon Jordan. The audiobook of the book we’ve all read is worth the time. ‘Be Careful What You Wish For’

BBC intrigue series has some very interesting small series, Million Dollar Lover, Mayday and Burning Sun all worth a listen.

Comedy I like Athletico Mince and Chatabix but probably not everyone's taste.

Science stuff The Huberman Lab is great.

History stuff - History on Fire and Hardcore History are interesting.

Nature - The Wild

Football - Totally Football, You Don't know what your doing and My mates a footballer are worth a listen.
