Like most Palace fans, I'm really enjoying the way we are playing at the moment and the Club's future looks quite bright.
Perhaps one of the key reasons for our current success, is that we have an excellent manager, who is getting the best out of the players we have, coupled with a successful recruitment policy over the last few years.
However, one key feature stands out for me, which is that we probably have the best ever spine that the Club has ever had with:
Henderson - Guehi - Wharton - Eze - Mateta
All five are excellent players and although all, apart from Henderson, appear to be targets for other clubs, I'm confident we can continue to do well, so long as we find decent replacements when they go, which I appreciate won't be easy but we have a great foundation upon which to keep building our club.
