My Palace TV contract automatically renewed on August 13 and £32.99 was taken from my bank.
Since then I have been unable to access the service and an email I sent to grumble about the issue has been acknowledged with a stock reply suggesting I refer to the FAQs, which I had already done and which are pretty damn useless anyway.
Anyone else got a problem?
