I feel we shouldn’t play both mateta and Nketiah

Hendo

Lacroix. Guehi. Richards

Munoz. Lerma. Wharton. Mitchell

Sarr. Eze

Nketiah

Give mateta a break for this game and try see if he can impact

I wouldn't be against it, but I don't think he'll drop JP. Still in decent scoring form so hard to drop.

I think Glasner will change to 442 and play

Henderson
Munoz, Lacroix, Guehi, Mitchell
Sarr/Kamada, Wharton, Hughes, Eze
Nketiah, Mateta
This with Nketiah given a free role.

Wharton and Hughes to do the extra defensive work.

I really hope, if Kamada plays, we see the best of him. Up to now, he has shown glimpses of a player but very sloppy at times with some unconfident decision making.

My concern would be Munoz as a right back. Don’t think he is good enough other than as a wingback?

I’m not adverse to a 442 but feel it will only work with Lerma in the side for balance.

Munoz plays RB for Colombia with Lerma and that works perfectly well.

It will end to end stuff as United are on the front foot now. Should be a fascinating match and one that is very difficult to predict!

I think we can safely predict one thing for sure, we won’t be rolling them over like we did last season

I agree about Munoz as a right back.
He plays with great energy and zest going forward, but is not adept at stopping crosses (the first duty of a full back).

I think Glasner will persist with his preferred formation but with Hughes and Wharton as the midfield pairing .
We will need to be wary of being counter attacked with their pace down the sides.
