Spoke to the ticket office this morning. The digital season tickets haven't gone out yet. They will "over the next week" by e-mail for it to be downloaded on our phones,

Actually no I've been a season ticket holder for donkeys. But the club did say that the digital season tickets would be issued by the end of July and naively I thought that would be the case this year. As long as it comes before the City game lol

This is still early for palace, like you say, as long as we get them by about 7.55 on the night of the city game 🤣

I actually don’t think it’s very good. I think they should send them out sooner as I still haven’t had mine. I’ve been a ST holder for years and this is the latest they’ve not come out. We pay a lot of money and I think the club take the piss as many phone and chase and we shouldn’t have to.

Why do you need it now? the first game is not until next Friday, I’m not being facetious, but I just can’t see the problem, when you get the e-mail it takes a couple of seconds to download it to your phone.
The only thing I will say is that maybe if there’s an issue which I know can happen, at least if you get it a few days before the start of the season you’ve got chance to get on the phone and try and sort it or pop in the box office if you’re local, but other than that I don’t get the panic

I think it’s a respect thing rather than a need or panic thing. Palace have traditionally been pretty poor at technology etc and I’m pretty sure none of us want to have to visit the box office or hang on the phone if they have ballsed up - which is hugely possible. Just makes sense to not leave it to the last moment as stuff goes wrong and this is Palace.

I now have the Access Fan Wallet tab at the top of the menu in the Tickets section.
It appeared after I was sent my digital season ticket but have no idea if that’s purely coincidence or whether the two are linked.

Anyway, I have it now (in the app on my iPhone) and hopefully so do others who were missing it.

It is there on mine now but it only lists the games from last season! However I was able to download my season ticket from the email so it probably doesn’t matter.
