Loyalty Points

Hi All,

Having trouble understanding what's happening with my sons loyalty points and hit a dead end with the club.

His points have not moved since last year 2864 even though we purchased a season ticket 24/25.

I suppose my question is if there is any way of seeing how his points are added, there seems no transparency and I have to rely on the box office staff who seem disinterested.
