Apparently according to a few media sources we are interested in signing Lloyd Kelly from Juventus. Bit of a strange one as Juventus have made his loan permanent for a reported 20mil. They now are looking to offload him. Doesn't make much sense to me unless they believe that they can make money in him. Can't see us splashing out that sort of cast for him.

Is he any good? I think he flopped at Newcastle and now Italy. To be honest I had never heard of him.

Much earlier in his career he was a left-back but was viewed as a future centre-half.
He is fleet of foot and rarely gets beaten in 1 v 1 situations. He also possesses a long throw.

Good summary from what I've seen of him.
He is prone to making the odd mistake and failed to make much impact at Newcastle.
We could do better if we're looking for a replacement for Guehi.

he's only just signed for Juve after a loan so unless we are going to pay significantly more than the fee they just signed him for i suspect this is just paper talk.

Despite Newcastle's injuries at CB last season he barely featured so i'd be surprised if this happens.
