Bunging millions to our *cough* friends on the other side of the Channel doesn't seem to work very well, as it seems they are using the money received to pay for them to escort the illegals safely across the Channel.

The Tories idea of dumping them in Rwanda would have deterred at least some of them attempting to cross the water. Unfortunately, that prick Starmer ditched the plans as soon as he got the keys to Number 10. He didn't want to upset his left wing lawyer buddies, did he?

Now it has occurred to his tiny mind that not doing anything might just cost him votes, he is now considering sending them to "migrant hubs", most possibly in the Western Balkans. It won't happen, though. His left wing lawyer buddies won't let him. The same left wing lawyer buddies and the rest of the human rights wankers who stop deportations, who, in one well publicised occasion, blocked an illegal's deportation because his kid didn't like Albanian chicken nuggets.

Getting us out of the ECHR and making our own rules as to how we can get those we don't want out of the country would be a start. He definitely won't do that though, his left wing lawyer buddies wouldn't let him do it. Besides, with his dreams of rejoining, sorry, I mean, "resetting" things with, the poxy eu, dumping the ECHR would be a total non starter anyway...he wouldn't want to upset our "friends and partners" in Brussels.

I don't like the idea of an unelected supranational body outside of the UK making law on our people. That said other countries who belong to the ECHR don't seem to have problems deporting people swiftly which begs the question how can they do it?

I suspect the answer is in how our government and courts have decided to interpret the court and their rulings.
