v Sunderland. Late penalty not given, foot left into the challenge.

There were two possible penalties and the commentators thought both were penalties. I believe the phrase used was something like the old adage "it's a foul anywhere else on the pitch".
One thing that stifled us was the constant kicking and pushing of our front three. Niggle after niggle - none given. When we niggled back, it felt like they were given immediately and without question.

I thought the ref vs Millwall was excellent and let the firm but fair tackles go, and it led to a good game.

I've updated now to include West Ham away. The only thing was not giving us a penalty for Pino's shot blocked with the raised arm by Walker-Peters in the first half. Now, I would normally ignore this but LIVERPOOL were awarded a last minute penalty vs Burnley for a near identical incident in the previous round.

Walker-Peters handball. Arms clearly raised.

Liverpool awarded for the same vs Burnley

Referee for the Liverpool Match on Saturday is Chris Kavanagh, he of the famous handball incident in favour of Chelski when Jordan Ayew won the ball, and the newly promoted Matt Donahue on VAR. Both are Manchester FA officials ie based about 30 miles from Liverpool. By way of reference the nearest EPL referee to the South London Side is Tim Robinson, the West Sussex referee based over 40 miles away as the seagull flies.

Look forward to being first on MOTD with the ‘experts’ ignoring all the controversial decisions against the home team.

Technical Note: The name of the home team is not mentioned as it is irrelevant to the broadcasters. However mention will be made of any outstanding player and their manager with reference to the teams they will be joining in the next two transfer windows.

Handball. So obvious.

No arguement but why does Salah look like something out of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre?

It's the only video of it available because MotD decided not to even show it. It's a distance camera view expanded. Better pictures please post, either way, he touched it the cheat.

The match commentators suggested that Salah raised his arm in reaction to having his shirt pulled by Lacroix. It's a point but not a strong enough one.

Likewise, I was in the away end at Bristol City when Sears' goal was disallowed.
😡
I was there for the Sears goal and wrote to Bristol City after the game suggesting their players might like to donate any win bonuses to charity given the circumstances. Everyone in the ground apart from the ref knew what had happened, including all of their players. The reply was remarkable, I’m banned for life.
Only been there twice since.

On the risk reward scale getting banned from Ashton Gate is a small price to pay for pointing out their cheating ways. Well done for doing it.

Updated. Please add anything I didn't include. I feel robbed.
