I won't be updating this thread anymore because it's obvious that there are some people that it seriously upset. They seem to be struggling with the concept of tribalist bias and banter, yet despite spelling that out I've received DM's offering me out, someone saying I would fit in on the BBS (despite receiving 3 separate bans) and other comments from the types that, in my view, should never ever again call themselves fans. Fans is short for fanatic, and that, they ain't.

Well done lads, you can get back to your Ovaltine now without being disturbed by jokes or fun.

I once got really annoyed with another male in my family and offered them out....about twenty years ago.

Problem was I did that while we were already outside in a big garden area.

It wasn't a high point of intellectualism for me.

Family still chuckle about it to this day.

Why? It's a football fan site. There's nothing more boring than people who lecture about how they are above the tribal banter and all that. They are types for the Stephensons lounge, wearing a suit and tie to the game.
