How good is Moses Itauma ?

So in under a round last night, Moses Itauma (20) knocks out Dillian Whyte (37).
I think Itauma has been managed fairly conservatively, to still have an unbeaten record. And lots of his fight have ended by KO in the first round. His record reminds me of the way a younger Frank Bruno was managed.
However, if you watch any of Itauma's fights, he is agile with extremely fast hands and the ability to conceal where his next (knock out) punch is coming from.

Heavy-weight contender ? or will he fall like (early) Bruno did , when a competent boxer is put in front of him ? thoughts ?

He's looked the part the couple of times I've seen him but he's facing the usual problem of big punchers of what happens when they don't get a knock out and start getting hit back.
Still, good luck to him. He's worth watching.

Hopefully the best, as british boxing is not in a great space at the moment, there's not really much else to be excited about.

I like him, he has the hand speed of a lightweight, is composed, doesn't rush, doesn't smother his work but his had no senior amateur bouts, I think he won the world or European juniors all in the first round so how would he get on against a tough durable heavyweight in the later stages when his punches dont have the same snap.

He just needs to keep doing what he's doing and taking fighters out as soon as possible. I wouldn't put him in with usyk, let him retire, his got dubois, Joyce and joshua who would be big fights in the UK but I'd like to see him take out torrez jr who's the American prospect.

He’s very good.
moves like a middleweight, with good power.
He hasn’t been conservatively managed. He’s 20.
Just sparked Whyte. Who’s next?

British level. Clarke, fisher, Joyce, Allen
He’d smash them to bits.

Top 10. Fabio wardley (really game), Lawrence Okolie (really boring)

Or a massive name. Parker, AJ, Kabayel. Fury, Dubois

Or chisora. That would be funny. Del Boy lobbing tables about.

Mate of mine trained him for a while , said he’s great , but lazy.

Can’t see him ever have advertising appeal as he looks like Harvey Price and speaks badly.
But is already very very good.

We won't really know until he gets hit on the chin with a good shot.....and also he has to prove his stamina over 12 rounds.

He has everything else though.
