by 'highly skilled' = you or i could not perform satisfactorily in such jobs with only a few days of training. Lowly Paid = Only twice the minimum hourly wage or worse.
1. Stable-hand in Horse-Racing
2. Piano Player.....various
3. Hairdresser ( even the highly skilled ones )
4. Football apprentice at an Academy
5. Religious Scholars, priests, theologians.
6. Windsurfing instructor
7. Blacksmith, 'Forged in Fire' and all that b0.llix
8. Airline Cabin Crew.....many of them are trilingual
9. Nightclub bouncer, Fight club coach......hard man, poor man.
