Gold Membership Eligibility Changes (guest ticket different date)

Hi, I have a Gold Membership and it looks as though the ticket eligibility has changed.

Basically, for Spurs at home I was able to purchase two tickets together under the same Gold Membership on the same date (on sale date).

I just attempted to do the same for Man City, and I was only eligible for one ticket, with apparently the 'guest' ticket being available to purchase on 5th November. By then, there would be no chance of getting the 2nd ticket in the same vicinity as the 1st.

When did this change?

The club said that 'due to huge demand, all qualifying supporters will only be able to purchase one ticket per client reference' Guest tickets will be available, if any left, in later selling stages.

With 13000 memberships sold & the product still being offered for sale on the website the problem is only going to get worse if someone in the organization doesn't make it a priority -

In this day & age website ticket queuing / transaction traffic surely cant be that difficult to review.

The club / ticketmaster also haven't answered how online tickets can be in you basket but then disappear from the basket during the payment process.....
