The ex-Villa striker has died after injuries sustained in a fall. He was a very good player in a good team.
RIP.
 
I think I remember him in villas euro cup win about 40 odd years ago. Think he was a sub and turned the game around.
If not I apologise but RIP as would still be quite young.

He was 63. Would've had a much better career but he had a bad knee injury in his early 20s.
 
For my first ever palace game,Gary scored the winner for villa. September 1980. So I always remembered him.

Rest in peace.
