Frederikstad: sharing tickets?!

I'm a Season Ticket+ holder. I have bought two tickets for the Europa play-off but my son can no longer attend. When logged-in as him, I can click "Manage ticket" for the upcoming Forest and Liverpool home games, in order to share them with others, but not this latest ticket. Any clues on how to go about it?

All the tickets get sent to the email inboxes for those who are assigned it. Check their emails and you will have the ticket

Good idea, but we'd already downloaded to wallet. Might have to email the box office...!

Youn should be able to remove from wallet so it can be downloaded elsewhere. Worth a try
