E mail confirmation for tickets

Payment successful and can see what seats have been bought but no e mail confirmation, has everyone else had an e mail to confirm successful ?

Check your purchase history, if it's there you're sorted. You can resend confirmation letter from there aswell
 
I didn’t get one either, but I logged into my account and went to the purchase history section and could see it in there. From there you can also resend the confirmation email which worked for me
 
Thanks. I had issues purchasing twice as payment didn’t go through. So I changed phones & bought tickets. Only issue is the purchase history page is continually buffering on the original phone and I can’t access it,,,
 
Tickets bought, confirmation email received, 45 minutes from start to finish. In the good old days I’d have spent a lot longer than that queuing in the car park.
