The dad, in the controversial Netflix programme below, replaces toilets for a living. There seems to be No discussions about Gender-quotas or other DEI for those jobs. Jobs at the top ? Politics, Universities, Boardrooms etc.......are often described as being too male, pale & stale. And that steps need to be taken to rectify this ?
Of course, 'Nigel' is now a proxy for a certain type. A typical voter for Farage/Trump/Victor Orban. And has there been a push to downplay his importance in senior management, the family, or the Media ?
HOL already has another thread about 'Woke'. This thread is not about woke per se. Its about who gets left behind, when the awards ceremonies are handing out prizes ? Who gets ignored or sidelined when our next generation of Heroes are identified ?
