Looked like a bad cut. He seemed like he got a scrape down his leg. Hoping it can be stitched up. OG just confirmed that

There was certainly a decent amount of blood coming from his foot. I reckon Arsenal player landed on his foot and studs ripped his foot open. Hopefully no muscle, tendon or whatever damage.
