Carabao Cup third-round draw

The clubs who qualified for the Europa League and Champions League were kept apart

The Conference League qualifiers were not protected so they ended up drawing an away tie against Man U

Some second round games to play but probably will be 6 all Premier League ties

But that still means there could be 13 PL sides out of 16 sides contesting the fourth round
