Can’t buy AZ ticket (new account issue)

Hey everyone,

I moved to England this summer and have been living in Battersea since then. I’m a big football fan and have already visited Chelsea and Arsenal. The next beautiful club I’d love to see live is yours, since i am still on the hunt to find out which club will win my heart (and whose merch will end up all over my house)!

However, I keep getting this error message when trying to buy tickets for the AZ match:

“Unfortunately, one or more items in your basket is assigned to a newly registered customer which isn’t allowed online for this fixture. To find out more information please call the box office on 0333 360 1861.”

I was trying to buy the following seat:
Area: AW-W
Block: Arthur Wait Stand W
Row: 2
Seat: 154

I already contacted the box office, but they told me there’s nothing they can do.
Could anyone help me out maybe someone with a valid account who’s able to buy it?
