He's a really good player who could make a difference for us. But you would think Spurs and price. They'll be asking for more than we can afford surely?

Trsnsfermarkt lists him at £30/34 m which seems unlikely when they paid £47.5 m for him.Would take him in a heartbeat, but he's still pretty involved most weeks, cant see Spurs wanting to get rid.
And if they did, he'd be way too expensive.
If we could get Johnson (24) for 30m and Boey (25) for 15m that could be offset by selling Muñoz (29) for 50m, so not getting in financial problems.Trsnsfermarkt lists him at £30/34 m which seems unlikely when they paid £47.5 m for him.

I thought we had to replace those affordable houses next to the Homesdale. That must have cost us £45m surely 😉If we could get Johnson (24) for 30m and Boey (25) for 15m that could be offset by selling Muñoz (29) for 50m, so not getting in financial problems.

No Ward-Prowse or Mings? He’s in my top 5 disliked players in Prem.
1. E Martinez
2. Havertz
3. Curcerella
4. Trossard
5. B Johnson
There were 2 places vacated this summer by Rashford and (sadly) Jota which elevated him into the top 5.

I dont like him to tell the truth , diving Taffy t*** .I don't understand this deal for Johnson. As far as I know he is okay at Spurs so why would he wish to leave or more to the point why would Spurs let him go to a club they have had transfer dealing issues with.
Spurs will want top dollar and I doubt we will pay that so this seems a non starter to me. I'm not against it I just can't see it happening.
