On April 18th and 19th, myself and 43 other Palace fans will be cycling 120 miles from the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth to the 'Theatre of Dreams' that is Selhurst Park to raise vital funds for the 'Palace for Life Foundation'!
Originally from Croydon, I know that growing up in South London has never been tougher but through the work of Palace for Life we have the opportunity to drive positive change. Palace for Life works with schools & communities, inspiring young people to choose better paths and lead healthier, more positive lives.

£5 could provide a child with sensory support through a set of ear defenders.
£25 could fund an hour-long employability coaching session for a young person.
