Best station for Brentford away?

The station right by the ground was too rammed to get into last season. Any stations nearish by for the journey back, preferably with a good pub?

Gunnersbury is the secondary station. It's on the District Line and the Overground

Kew Gardens, Acton Town, South Ealing, Chiswick Park and Brentford are also within good walking distance
