The ref in Senegal Egypt game was brilliant. Booked an early shirt pull, one more in game got booked as well. No more. Booked one for giving it large now missing the final tough , shut ya gob.
Didn’t fall for any antics and looked like he got every decision correct. Even when it kicked off on the side line he called the managers over for a chat and hand shake.
Is he busy at the weekends because in the prem he would be great imho.
Not sure on the other refs but if African refs are that good how come ours are so s*** in the best league in the world apparently.

Because we have a permissive 'light-touch' regulatory culture, which even spills over into football.
