This fusty relic might be inflated with optimism at some juncture and will surprise all and sundry in the process.

Ward was in the squad yesterday, so at least one element of that story is untrue.

I've no doubt that Glasner can fall out with players (witness Holding), but Ward doesn't strike me as a troublemaker.

There have been instances in the past where Parish has notably backed players over managers (e g De Boer, Warnock) but Glasner doesn't seem to be in that category of manager.

Whenever results aren't great these type of stories emerge.

After yesterday a sudden sense of optimism has overtaken me - no doubt it may will go as quickly as it arrived - I feel we might see a home win next weekend ! Any score will do. (probable kiss of death)
