Good afternoon (at least from NorCal). I’m new to the boards, new to Palace, and new to the EPL. I just wanted to say hi to everyone and introduce myself as someone from the USA repping palace. It’s my first year following Palace & the EPL and I know it’s been a rough start. But keep the faith, and UP THE PALACE!!

Looking forward to some great interactions

Welcome to the Holmesdale, you might find it a bit like the weather we have over here at the moment, a bit stormy. Enjoy the ride, but hold on tight.

I’ll be honest I’ve never actually been to England and I’ve been wanting to visit London for some time. I’ve told my wife that if we do go, we’re going to a Palace match at Sellhurst. You should see the looks I get from fellow EPL fans when I tell them I chose palace. 🤣

I still get that look and I've been supporting Palace for over 50 years. Let us know on here when you do come over.

As a fellow American, I recommend reading the last page and a half of the Selhurst Park - Nottingham Forest thread on the next page to realize what you are getting into 😉

Hope you enjoy the ride. I’ve gotten more joy out of following Palace from 4000 miles away than I have in all my years of American sports which has included decades of season tickets and God knows how many thousands of dollars.

Also, I recommend going ahead and dropping $35 for the international membership through the club. Then go to PalaceTV+ and watch When Eagles Dare to learn where the passion comes from.

😂 I can just imagine. I am definitely trying to find where eagles dare. I agree about American sports. I love baseball but American football has proven nothing but frustrating.
