I know he isn’t ours any more but watching him play for France with the freedom and enormous set of skills he has brings back memories and a sense of pride.

The rumour mill suggests that Real Madrid will make a £188 million offer for him. We have a 15% sell on clause, so if that did happen we stand to pick up £28.2 million. Although Bayern are under no.pressure to sell so it probably won’t happe.

I think he made the right move going to Germany . He didn't seem to enjoy the limelight and he can more or less live his life in Germany without the mayhem of the PL or the madhouse of Madrid .

It is great seeing him do his stuff and the commentators and pundits raving about him , we of course have known for years that he would be the superstar he is destined to be .
