Thought I'd start a new club shop topic as I think we had one on the old forum.

Be warned: the Selhurst Park club shop is a mess right now and it’s fans who end up wasting their time.

I went down specifically to buy the CPFC Fair Isle Christmas Jumper after checking the official website, which clearly shows it as in stock in multiple sizes. The jumper is being advertised everywhere – you’d think picking one up at the club shop would be the easiest thing in the world. Apparently not.

When I got there, it was "out of stock" – not one was on the shelf. The staff member was blunt and basically told me I should have ordered it online as there are two different stocking systems. Great – really useful after making the trip.

Fans shouldn’t have to guess whether advertised items actually exist. If something is pushed across all the club’s channels and marked in stock on the official site, it should be available to buy in the official shop.

This is basic retail competence, and the club is falling short. If anyone from Palace is reading this: please sort it out. Fans shouldn’t be wasting time because the club can’t manage its own inventory properly.

I'm going to Bromley on Saturday and want to use the Palace shop there I hope they have no problems.
