For the first time in years there does not seem to be an outright no brainer winner for this. Given we are level on our record Premier League points tally with two games to go, and in the FA Cup Final, this can only be great news for team strength rather than reliance on an individual.
Candidates for me are:
1. Henderson - contributed several key points to our tally with his saves, and has made several critical key contributions.
2. Munoz - others have covered off everything I would say.
3. Lacroix - leadership and speed to adapt to a new league with different pace etc.
4. Guehi - no surprise our most consistent form has been when he has been playing and settled.
5. Eze - great second half to the season with key goals and assists.
6. Sarr - great first full season with us, and devastating recent form with key goals.
7. JPM - obvious reasons.
Wharton, Mitchell, Richards and Hughes do not even get on the shortlist for me, and I consider they have all been superb in the second half of the season as well.
At gunpoint, I'd say JPM.
