Been having this chat among friends at Palace matches and its a long ongoing situation/chat.
Why is there no song about Marc?
Marc is having a real good season with Maxence Lacroix, together they are awesome, helping each other out!! Don't under estimated that partnership!!
Marc used to be quiet on the field but he's been facing up to every Ref trying to ask "why" they make certain decisions. Take the match against Southampton, it was clear Wharton was being targeted by their players, he was constantly fronting the ref.
Yesterday Marc's 1st yellow was never a yellow, what else could he do, both players were running to the ball... Then the 2nd yellow and we all thought sweet mellow Guehi would take the short cut off the field, but no he walked the whole half back to changing rooms winding the Brighton Keeper Big Time!! Some times Marc is a silent assassin on the field!!
He's our underrated Captain, he's really grown into the role.
Want the chance for Marc to stay.. then show him we care.
I cant do it alone, I'm one voice but surely there's a collective who could make it happen.. the HF?
