In the event of a draw after extra time at Fulham on Saturday my preferred first five penalty takers would be:
Munoz
Eze
Hughes
Sarr
Nketiah

I doubt Hughes would still be on the pitch after 120 minutes either. Not sure I'd want Nketiah taking one as he could suffer the same fate as Liverpool's Darwin. I reckon both Lacroix and Guehi would step up, and maybe Chillwell if he's on the pitch. No JP ?
Or are you assuming that JP wouldn't still be on the field after 120 minutes ? (Replaced by Nketiah)
No he isn't. The thing is he boots the ball so f*****g hard there isn't a keeper alive who can stop it.JP hasn’t missed a penalty for Palace as far as I’m aware but he’s never looked convincing to me!
Fingers crossed penalties won’t be needed Palace 2–1
Guehi took one in shoot out for U21s, 2 step “run” up 😂I doubt Hughes would still be on the pitch after 120 minutes either. I agree, his penalty at West Ham was poor but luckily went in. He missed one against Newcastle in penalty shoot out couple of years agoJP hasn’t missed a penalty for Palace as far as I’m aware but he’s never looked convincing to me!

Hughes is ok to play as his 2 match ban does not include the FA Cup, just the league.I like the OP's choice, apart from Nketiah, but isn't Hughes ineligible to play? And even if he was as someone pointed out he'd have been subbed by then. Acc to World Cup stats the crucial pen is number four. I'd go Munoz, Eze, Chilwell, Sarr, Mateta.
I wouldn't fancy Lerma, bit dubious about Lacroix, cud see Wharton missing as well, Guehi would be my number six, be seeing you!
Here here. As fans there's no upside on this topic (boring fact: open training last year everyone in the squad took a pen on their preferred side then a pen on 'wrong' foot at the end of the session. I expect both teams highly capable on the pens dept, but since we will have spanked them 3-0 in regular time, this is a redundant conversation (I hope))...Fcuking ‘ell mars, I was feeling quite relaxed about Saturday until I see this thread, I don’t want to think about 😅
Yes although I said I don’t want to think about it, obviously I hope the gaffer and the players Will have been giving it plenty of thought and preparing for it 😀Being as thorough as OG is he would have had his starting 5 penalty takers pencilled in before the 3rd round of the cup even started, with maybe the next 3 takers changing position. He takes the cup games very seriously unlike Roy who couldn’t give a f***!
