Immigration

ok, so he is proselytising for his religion. Getting new converts.

You do know what would happen ? to you ? if you tried that in one of his countries ? Forget about setting up a table of religious books outside a Supermarket. Even just a casual chat with a buddy inside the Supermarket.

Immigration....... belief systems and all that.

So you follow the Book and turn the other cheek.

Basing my instincts on previous occurrences in British society, I would guess illegals aren't here to become immersed in British culture and systems, and to add positively to society and mix freely.

I would think they are more likely to free-load on the NHS and Benefits systems. Entrench themselves into separate residential enclaves, where they can build Mosques and not bother to learn fluent English.
So we need to disavow any who behave like that and ensure their children are educated to understand our values.

In short we do things to make it better and don’t do things that make it worse. Moaning achieves nothing but increased dissatisfaction.

You should be in a party called Chuck Your Own Country In The Bin.

Muslim population of Cornwall? 0.0001% ?
I don’t think it’s been measured but since Brexit there has been a noticeable increase in the number of headscarves being worn and the local Islamic centre has hundreds of cars parked nearby on activity days.

Lebanon is a basket case, but at least they tried.

I lived for some years in the Philippines where alongside the dominant Roman Catholic majority there is a substantial Muslim minority. In some regions the Muslims dominate and have partial self rule. There is a long established war between “rebels” and the government, with the “rebels” being externally funded. In others they co exist, generally without any problems. They socialise and even inter marry, although that can produce family problems. Any Christian marrying a Muslim is expected to convert.

It’s not easy and it’s not perfect but it can be done and slowly improved.
I wonder what happens if they don’t, or if they expect the Muslim to convert to Christianity; any ideas what the outcome would be from your experiences?

The locals don't even like us going on holiday there, but they like the taxpayers money they get for the NHS schools etc.

Free Cornwall.
The locals love you coming here. Or those in the tourist industry do. Many others tolerate the tourist season but are glad when it’s over so the roads are uncongested and the pubs back to normal. We pay taxes too. Even the retired, like me, do.

My own experience is quite limited. I knew two young ladies who fell for Muslim guys and both converted. One endured, the other failed and separated. I know of one Muslim girl who fell for a Christian guy (in a rural unsophisticated locality) who was banned from further contact and the guy had to flee to save his life. So not good. However in some of the cities I believe things are more relaxed.

And that is the potential sort of religious mentality that we are importing.

There are around 15 'honour' killings every year in the UK - the vast majority involving killers and victims of Pakistani heritage. "So not good" indeed, but no doubt you will come out with some bollocks to mitigate it.

is it all 'One Way Traffic' ? ie. the fellas from one background taking the girls from the other background ? and never EVER any backflow in the opposite direction ? funny thing that ?

Snap. I know a Nigel who fell in love with a muslim girl. He even offered to convert himself & marry her. Her Family behaved monstrously toward him(both Him and Her actually). Needless to say, there was no happy ending.

Whereas the story he told me about her brothers...........

I prefer to eat out of supermarkets. Sick and tired of reading stories like the one below.

True, but there were always plenty of crappy restaurants and takeaways. They didn't really need to be added to, however. The best I saw was the Hounslow Halal meat plant. Which was a back yard car park near the shopping center. You couldn't make it up.
The Halal shops near me don't refrigerate anything and there are always flies. I guess it tenderises the meat.
Again, immigration to open (money laundering) takeaways, vape shops, barbers, nail bars. Not worth it. And I guarantee they all get a start up grant and payments. Try matching the workforce with the accounts. Yeah right.

take a tally of a) number of barber shops and b) number of heads needing haircuts wandering your town.
The math don't work. I know one 'Barber' in a sleepy village. Never any customers in there. The lads who own it all drive new sports-cars - the kind of car Premier League footballers drive.

Exactly, so why don't the government stop it? Simple; the business must report some form of income, which will be taxed. Consequently HM Revenue receives some sort of tax take rather than nothing at all if it were underground. Basically 20% of something is better than 100% of nothing. It's accepted because it is probably now critical in keeping the tax coffers topped up.

Don’t I know it. Plus there’s been an increase of 62% in foreign rape in Britain in the last 4 years. I wonder why… All part of your cultural enrichment and experience I expect.

to follow your logic.......the Government own 20% of the crime & death epidemic that follows Heroin and Cocaine into the community ?
