I would like to know how you think you know that responsible Muslims don’t quietly inform the police if they have information on anyone? For sure they won’t run to the media or otherwise draw attention to themselves because they have the safety of themselves and their family to consider.

I think there are too many assumptions made that just because the decent Muslim communities don’t demonstrate or make public condemnations they somehow accept the grooming. I don’t think it’s true. I think they are reticent to openly condemn but may well be quietly helping where they can. Just as criminals won’t openly grass on one another, for their own safety, but do so quietly when crimes against kids are involved, this is probably no different.

Otherwise where are the police getting any information?

Social workers and parents are not directly involved. The children are and the police are much more skilled at gently getting information from them, so they can follow up and investigate.

To express an opinion or belief that is supportive of a proscribed organisation, namely Palestine Action is an offence under the Terrorism Act. Holding the Palestinian flag and free Palestine placards therefore get you arrested.

Agreed but many should be going to jail and good riddance. I don’t care who’s mum Nan or brother it is they broke the law. When they were jailing tweeters these very same people were cheering. Karma is that bitch.

I agree with the sentiment and that these are very annoying people.

But personally if someone isn't violent and has an opinion I don't like.....I'm not going to take away their liberty.

I don't need to misrepresent your opinions - your take on the mass rape of children by gangs of mainly men of Pakistani heritage is there for all to read and see. The function of parents is to protect their children. The only wonder is that more did not take the law into their own hands as it was clear that the police were not going to help them.
