How have I done that? I may have decided that you implicitly called me a 'know it all', that does not mean that I consider myself one.

Apparently only editors and lawyers have that honour according to his earlier statements.

I don't agree with calling for yellows for people. There's ignore these days so I wouldn't see the point. I wouldn't bother if someone was abusive towards me frankly. I'd probably just be angry for a few minutes then forget about it.
Oops, off subject - yellow for me! But if I discuss a yellow, I believe that's also a yellow!
It does depend on how stressful my day is usually what my limit before angry posting is.

As an aside One line from the BBC article that stood out.

"Far-right activist Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon"

Now if the former Stephen Yaxley- Lennon now goes by Tommy Robinson should the BBC and others not respect his right to identify as he wishes? If this was a Trans person for example who for argument sake was originally named Bernard Golightly but now wants to be called Belinda Twizzeltown would the BBC publish the same for them?

i.e. Transgender Belinda Twizzeltown, Whose real name is Bernard Golightly.

"Disclaimer I have made these names up and are not based on any real alive or dead people that I know of" 😆

Those who plead guilty are almost always found guilty too. Rarely a Court can reject their plea because of misguided advice. They didn’t in this case! So it wasn’t misguided!

What a jury would have decided is unknown and unknowable.

That, of course, doesn’t stop know it alls thinking they know.

Well a couple of people arrested and advised to plead guilty with threats of longer sentences not too do so; went to a crown court and got off. Why was that as their charges were similar to a lot who went down after pleading guilty on advice of a circuit judge, doing what they were probably told by a part of the establishment.
