Spurs v Palace match thread

And it means we can't finish lower than 12th, but need 2 wins and hope Bournemouth don't get more than a point, and Fulham more than 3, to get into the top half. Ludicrous amount of points handed out by those bottom 3 this season.

More importantly….hopefully there were no injuries today….though, I would have been happier if Eze did not play the whole game….

Anyway…Wembley….here we come 🙏🙏

Ollie was fuming as well.
He seemed to be worked up throughout the match and was animatedly talking to the bench. I suspect he was trying to keep the lads hungry enough. We certainly slightly dropped off when subs came on. A nice headache is how surprisingly creative Hughes and Lerma were. We created loads but missed a lot of good chances - plus two very close disallowed goals.
Spurs - rubbish and poor game plan. Also a lack of commitment.
Ange will not survive even if they do beat Man U. I think Man U are the slightly better side right now - which isn't saying much.

Don’t forget that it has been a long long time since we’ve had a win away to Spurs. I’m happy to celebrate that regardless of the team they fielded.

How in gods name are both spurs and Man Utd both in a European final, 16th and 17th in premier league, the other teams in that competition must be very poor. That final is either going to be 0-0 or 5-5.

Bearing in mind, Cup runners up lost their place in Europe after Millwall, how embarrassing that one of the poorest teams in PL will be in CL. Can’t understand how 8th place gets Europe but not Cup runners up
