From what I read sounds like a nasty piece of work but then what do you expect she plays for Chelsea.

I don't think she was guilty but then I don't think calling people names should be a crime.

I never said anything about Keir Stazi or big pockets. I find some very odd (Two Tier) verdicts coming from the courts of late. I'm sure double standards could be posted on this thread.

I take it you don't think she committed racially aggravated harassment?

You are aware that non whites cannot be racist in many of there minds!
This goes back decades as a thought process.
 
Personally it doesn't bother me whether she was being racist or not. In my world she would have only been charged over whether she had caused damage or not. She should be have been told she's a silly immature bint, because that's what she seems to be.

However, the law being how it is, what we see here are two tier standards writ large. No one sensible is surprised.

If the had been a white woman and had said those words to a black Policeman she would have been found guilty because the system holds a double standard that works against you if you are white.

She even used the leftist ideology of 'you're white and privileged' as part of her defence. All you need is enough soy in the jury and she's home free.

Not at all.
I am not worried about what she said personally.
The issue is that people are not judged consistently.
The Law is the Law and had this been white insulting black then I have no doubt that the result would have been different - that is my issue.
Judge everyone by the same standards, treat everyone the same, where the law is concerned it has to be "without fear or favour" - nothing more and nothing less.

What, like this famous case where John Terry was found not guilty of racial abuse despite admitting calling Anton Ferdinand a "f*cking black c*nt"?

She may have been found not guilty of racial harassment, but she can’t escape the audio and she’s definitely guilty of being an arrogant entitled piece of s***

TBF Dan, that was almost 13 years ago(2012), attitudes/hurty words have changed a hell of a lot since then & not for the better truth be told. Anyway, Terry was right about 'Anton' 😉🙂

But the whole reason this thread exists is because she was found not guilty of using 'hurty words' and some seem annoyed about it. People need to decide what they want 🙂

What do I want - consistency - the same for all.
As for the John Terry thing - he is a dreadful individual (from what I hear and read anyway) who has done enough wrong to deserve some time inside surely!
