To be fair, Turner is on loan (and didn’t impress at Villa Park) and Mathews will be out of contract at the end of this season I think. So we do need to be looking at keepers.

It would be nice to have Goodman or Whitworth filling at least one of those slots.

Often some big ugly bastards in the lower leagues. Plus they can't afford the personal stylists, skincare advisors, live in hairdressers and personal shoppers of the tough Premier League men.

As far as I'm aware the just under 6ft is right. Like 5 10 and a half. Still makes him look short for a goalie or even any footballer these days. However, not necessarily a problem - depends on how he handles it.

That's a shame. I rate him and Goodman as slightly better than Matthews. Thinking about Matthews - he doesn't look tall either.

Yeah, he's definitely not 6'2.

To be fair to him he's won awards since he's been down there.

I haven't seen it but he's twenty and he's only going to get better.

Considering we have three goalkeepers in a squad I'd be surprised if he's sold but you never know.

To be fair to him the howler at the weekend was not in relation to his goalkeeping. It was just a mix up and one of those things that could happen to any unlucky goalkeeper.
