Agreed. The documentary has a contributory effect, but yes, even without seeing it you know he's this loud mouth whose entire show is based on jokes about shagging. Now, that doesn't make him guilty. I have no opinion on that, but it'd be human nature to think "oh this creep is proper unsavoury" before the trial even began and that doesn't make a jury trial fair.

Not that I will lose any sleep over it.
 
Nobody poisoned Brand's reputation more than his own Booky Wooky.
The jury is out. If I was on the jury I'd be taking my time in a hotel on expenses. Maybe a brown envelope might be pushed under my door 😁👍
I think Brand is a horrible personality and I wish him the worst.
However, in this case, I think the complainants have brought too little, too late. No witnesses, no CCTV, no DNA evidence. However, I am not privvy to all evidence presented to the jury.

Let's see what the jury thinks 😁👍

Utter scumbag. Jail awaits

Feel sorry for the victims, but maybe some compo coming,...if the scumbag hasn't hidden all his assets with his wife.

He might not enjoy bum-sex so much, when he is on the receiving end in jail 😀

It does indeed await. The Judge has said he's facing a significant sentence - Sky have speculated possibly 15 years. He's been denied bail and the police have confirmed their enquiries are ongoing into the other charges.

There are start points, with the other charges as well and not much in mitigation.

I'm sure he will get the max for being "right wing" and scumbags who rape just after landing on a boat will get less time and early release 🤷🏻‍♂️

More than justice being done

I hope he gets bummed to death in a cell where the CCTV seems to be broken 😀

I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about the fate of rapists, even if they do loosely share your politics - come across a bit weird.

Given reported rape offences convict around 2.8% of the time, I'd suggest this outcome is anything but predictable.

The predictable outcome would have been the rich, famous celebrity getting away with it.
